After 18 years of trying, the 65-year-old native of Bataan finally got his luck by winning the SuperLotto 6/49 jackpot prize of 51,964,353.60 from the May 7, 2024 draw.

The lucky winner got all six numbers via lucky pick (LP) with a winning combination of 40 – 18 – 07 – 06 – 24 – 27.

What makes him luckier is that he only tried three lucky pick combinations worth P60 only.

The winner testifies the legitimacy of Philippine lottery as he declared that PCSO games and draws were real and authentic.

He plans to put up his own business in their province in Bataan and to save part of his winnings in the bank, “Plano ko po mag-negosyo nalang at ilagay sa bangko yung ibang napanalunan ko para di agad ito maubos. Napakalaking tulong nito sa akin habang ako ay nabubuhay,” he uttered with teary eyes.

Meanwhile, PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles encourages the public to continue their support and patronage of all the gaming products of PCSO, including Lotto and Small Town Lottery (STL), to generate additional funds for the agency’s charity programs, saying, “Tuloy-tuloy lang po tayo sa pagtangkilik sa ating Lotto at STL games dahil ang kinikita po dito ay ating ibinabalik din natin sa ating mga kababayan through our Charity Programs dahilang PCSO ay Hindi Umuurong sa Pagtulong!”

The lotto jackpot prize can only be claimed at the PCSO Main Office at Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

The winner must present the winning ticket and two valid government IDs to claim his/her prize.

Under the Tax Reform Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law, a 20% tax is automatically deducted from prizes above 10,000.

Pursuant to Republic Act 1169, the lotto ticket is valid for one year from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes after one year will be forfeited.
