The top-seeded Boston Celtics secured their place in the NBA Finals by defeating the Indiana Pacers 105-102 on Monday, completing a sweep of the Eastern Conference finals. This victory marks Boston's second Finals appearance in three seasons.

Brown led the squad with an impressive performance, scoring 26 points on 11-of-22 shooting, along with six rebounds, two assists and three steals.

Jayson Tatum also contributed significantly, recording 26 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists.

The Pacers, still missing All-Star Tyrese Haliburton who also sat out Game 3, saw Andrew Nembhard step up with 24 points.

T.J. McConnell provided a spark off the bench, adding 15 points, while Pascal Siakam delivered a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Despite these efforts, Indiana fell short.

Brown was instrumental throughout the series and was honored with the Larry Bird Eastern Conference Finals MVP award.

Team owner Wyc Grousbeck dedicated the win to Bill Walton, who passed away earlier on Monday.

The Celtics now await their Finals opponent, which will be either the Dallas Mavericks or the Minnesota Timberwolves.
