A P10 million reward money is up for grabs for anyone who can pinpoint exactly where fugitive Apollo Quiboloy is hiding.
So, if former President Rodrigo Duterte wants to be P10 million richer, then he should tell the PNP where his spiritual adviser is. You see, he recently bragged about this, but hinted he won’t say where.
The PNP should then pressure him to reveal the preacher’s whereabouts because it is taking too long already for them to arrest this “appointed son of God.” Each day that passes is a blow to the PNP.
The Federal Bureau of investigation (FBI) of the US has issued a bulletin on Apollo Carreon Quiboloy. They want him for “Conspiracy to Engage in Sex Trafficking by Force, Fraud and Coercion, and Sex Trafficking of Children; Sex Trafficking by Force, Fraud, and Coercion; Conspiracy; Bulk Cash Smuggling.”
Furthermore, it is said that he has ties to Calabasas, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Kapolei, Hawaii.
Apollo Carreon Quiboloy, the founder of a Philippine-based church, is wanted for his alleged participation in a labor trafficking scheme that brought church members to the US via fraudulently-acquired visas, forcing members to solicit donations for a bogus charity, and donations used to finance church operations and lavish lifestyles of KoJC leaders.
Further, church members who were successful in their soliciting activities were forced to enter into sham marriages or obtain fraudulent student visas to continue begging for money in the US the whole year-round.
In addition, it is alleged that female members were recruited to work as personal assistants or “pastorals” for Quiboloy and that victims prepared his meals, cleaned his houses, gave him massages, and were required to have sex with him in what “pastorals” called “night duty.”
Quiboloy was indicted by a federal grand jury in the US District Court for the central District of California, Santa Ana, California. Together in the FBI wanted list with Quiboloy are two more persons associated with him and his religious organization.
They are Teresita Tolibas Dandan, KoJC’s “international administrator” who was one of the top overseers of the church and bogus charity operations in the US, money laundering, and sex trafficking by force and Helen Panilag, also a top church administrator, is wanted as well by the FBI for bogus charity donations and labor trafficking schemes.
Federal warrants of arrest were issued for them. More reason why the PNP should be on top of their sleuthing as to the arrest of these fugitives.
It is mind-boggling that millions of blind followers would be led toward their own damnation as to believe in a fake teacher of the scriptures and to interpret it for his advantage. As lucrative it is for organized religion, the consequences will be painful and bitter.
Also, according to the US Treasury Department, Quiboloy allegedly recruited “pastorals” or young women within his church membership to work as his PAs in the US and in the Philippines who are allegedly required to have sex with the pastor-turned-fugitive.
“Quiboloy allegedly exploited his role with the KoJC to rape his victims and subject them to other physical abuse, describing these acts as sacrifices required by the Bible and by God for the victims’ salvation.
The “pastorals” who were mostly minors when reportedly initially abused by Quiboloy, were allegedly told by him to “offer your body as a living sacrifice,” the report said. Further,
“One female reported she lost count of the number of times she was forced to have sex with Quiboloy, as it was at least once a week even when she was a minor and in every country to which they traveled.
Another woman reported she was forced to perform night duty at least 1,000 times,” the report stated.
Kingmaker my foot
I was utterly dumbfounded over the arrogance of former Marcos Jr.’s Executive Secretary Vic Rodriguez with the title of his book “Kingmaker.”
It’s like he’s taking all the credit for PBBM’s victory and then turns against him.
No sir. Rodriguez is not even in the league of former ES Johnny Tuvera or Jake Clave who never thought so highly of themselves unlike this one – so bitter and so thick as to even display the flag of his former Malacañang office and the #6 (for cabinet members) car plate.
While no law prohibits this vain display, there is something lacking in him: ‘delicadeza’ and ‘hiya.’
Not even the centenarian Juan Ponce Enrile who has “been there done that” would have the illusion of grandeur to name his book “Kingmaker,” but only someone like Rodriguez whose stint as “little president” was short-lived.
Remember, the Executive Secretary holds vast powers because he is the alter-ego of the Philippine President, he can issue orders on behalf of the President as he can also review and modify decisions of other cabineteers and may perform other functions as delegated to him by the President.
The Executive Secretary can also be the top coordinator of the activities of the President in relation to the Executive Branch of government. He is the shadow of the President. Sad to say, the former BBM Executive Secretary is now just a shadow without the light.

Random Memorandum: ‘Pagpag’ is a Filipino practice of making a short stop-over to another place like a restaurant before heading home from a wake. In doing so, it is believed that the spirit who may follow you back home will be confused and will return to its mortal remains.

Factoid: The official state fish of Hawaii is called the Humuhumunukunukuapua’a, while the national animal of Scotland is, would you believe, the mythological unicorn.
