The Denver Nuggets dodged a potential 3-0 deficit by clinching a crucial victory against the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 3 on Friday night.
Thanks to an outstanding performance by Nikola Jokic, the Nuggets convincingly outplayed the Timberwolves, securing a vital win on the road.
Jokic showcased his prowess with an impressive stat line of 24 points, 14 rebounds, nine dimes, three blocks and three steals, etching his name in NBA playoff history as the first player to achieve such numbers in a single game.

Leading the charge for the Timberwolves, Anthony Edwards contributed 19 points, shooting eight of 15 from the field, while Karl Anthony-Towns added 14 points and Mike Conley chipped in with 10 points, six assists and six boards.
However, Minnesota struggled from beyond the arc, only converting nine of their 27 attempts.
In the Eastern Conference, Andrew Nembhard's remarkable 30-foot 3-pointer with 16.4 seconds remaining propelled the Indiana Pacers to a thrilling 111–106 victory over the New York Knicks in Game 3 of their second-round NBA playoff series.
Nembhard's clutch shot followed a game-tying three-pointer from Jalen Brunson, who battled through a right foot injury to contribute 26 points.
Aaron Nesmith sealed the deal for Indiana with two crucial free throws, narrowing the series gap to 2–1.
The Pacers now have an opportunity to level the series with a win in Game 4 on Sunday.
Donte DiVincenzo delivered a standout performance for the Knicks, scoring 35 points. DiVincenzo's accuracy from beyond the arc was lethal, as he went 7-for-11 from three-point range. Despite the Knicks shooting an impressive 52 percent from long distance, hitting 14-of-27 shots, it wasn't enough to overcome the Pacers' resilience.
