Pasay LGU launches hotlines for all public services

MANILA – The Pasay City government on Monday launched 888-PASAY or 888-72729 to streamline and enhance services to its growing constituents.

“The new system replaces the multiple phone numbers for various city hall departments, offering a single access point for all citizen inquiries, concerns, and requests,” Mayor Imelda Calixto-Rubiano said during the launch.

She said the single hotline number would provide a more efficient and responsive communication channel between the city government and its residents, ensuring faster and more direct access to its services.

The city's Public Information Office will handle the 888-PASAY trunkline, and receive inquiries and direct callers to the appropriate department for their specific concern, using an advanced call-routing technology.

Callers are assured of prompt and effective responses, making it easier and more convenient for them to transact with the city government, the mayor said.
