Pueblo de Oro introduces new JAPANDI-inspired model houses

Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO), the residential developer of the ICCP Group, is proud to unveil its latest house models in the La Aldea Fernandina II subdivision, located in the heart of San Fernando City, Pampanga.

Pueblo de Oro has developed elegant two-story Single-Attached and Single-Detached units to address the growing demand for more innovative and spacious homes. These new homes are designed with the JAPANDI aesthetic, a unique blend of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian functionality.

This design concept creates a serene and calming atmosphere, incorporating layers of neutrals with striking black accents and natural greenery. The result is a harmonious living space that embodies simplicity, functionality, and natural beauty.

The new units, dubbed "Unihomes," offer more generous floor areas of 52 square meters, set on minimum lot sizes of 70 square meters for Single-Attached and 85 square meters for Single-Detached models.

Each home is thoughtfully designed to provide ample living space, with dedicated carports and expansion areas for future growth. Buyers can choose between Classic (semi-finished) or Premium (finished) trims, allowing customization to suit individual preferences and needs.

La Aldea Fernandina II is a 12-hectare exclusive community promising a flood-free environment and an enhanced lifestyle. This development is part of the expansive 30-hectare Pueblo de Oro master-planned community in Barangay Del Carmen, San Fernando, Pampanga.

Pueblo de Oro Pampanga is strategically located within two kilometers of San Fernando City's major malls and retail centers, such as SM City Pampanga, Robinsons Starmills, S&R Membership Shopping—San Fernando, WalterMart Pampanga, and Vista Mall Pampanga. It is also near schools, hospitals, and places of worship, offering exceptional convenience for homeowners.

The Pueblo de Oro development is just a few minutes away from the San Fernando and Mexico/Sindalan NLEX exits, providing easy access to neighboring provinces and Metro Manila, which is less than a two-hour drive away. It can be reached via Jose Abad Santos Avenue (JASA), the Olongapo–Gapan Road, or the MacArthur Highway.
