QUAD Committee witnesses implicate former President Duterte to EJK.

Quad Committee resource persons Fernando Magdadaro and Leopoldo Untalan Tan Jr., persons deprived of liberty from the Bureau of Corrections, answer questions from House members during the committee hearing at the People's Center in the House of Representatives Thursday (Aug. 22, 2024). Magdadaro and Untalan admitted to the killing of three Chinese drug lords Chu Kin Tung, alias Tony Lim; Li Lan Yan, alias Jackson Li; and Wong Meng Pin, alias Wang Ming Ping inside a prison cell in Davao Prison and Penal Farm in August 2016. They both implicated former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to said incident.
