Bulacan town receives 10 wheelchairs from PCSO

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, led by General Manager Melquiades Robles and represented by Board Member Jennifer Liongson-Guevara (right), donates 10 wheelchairs to the Municipality of San Rafael, Bulacan at the Sun Plaza Building in Mandaluyong City recently.
