Hosted by the Department of Tourism (DOT), the meeting saw the attendance of esteemed international guests including ministers, vice ministers, heads of delegations from the UN Tourism Member States, Affiliate Members, and international and regional organizations.

The Philippines, through the Department of Tourism (DOT), holds the honor of hosting the 36th CAP-CSA in Cebu, following its election as Vice President of the 25th General Assembly of the UN Tourism and Chair of the Regional Commission for East Asia and the Pacific last year.
