Gat Jose Rizal's 163rd birth anniv rites

RIZAL BIRTH TRIBUTE Manila pays tribute to Gat Jose Rizal on his 163rd birth anniversary on Wednesday, June 19, at the Rizal Monument. Mayor Maria Sheilah Lacuna-Pangan, along with Deputy Commander of Naval Logistics Center Capt. Perceeval Buted, led the flag-raising and wreath-laying ceremony. Representatives from various commissions and organizations, including the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, National Parks Development Committee, the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons in the Philippines and the Order of the Knights of Rizal, also participated in honoring the national hero at the historical park in the city.
